Expectations

A submission indicates you are available to present at at the 2026 NZVA Wildlife Conference between 3-6 December 2026 in Kaikōura.

If your submission is accepted, please be aware you:

• are expected to provide deliverables, including a short marketing summary, a paper (expanding on your abstract) for the conference proceedings and a presentation.
• will receive complimentary registration for the day you are speaking
• will be expected to fund your own travel
• will not be entitled to a speaker fee
• agree to have your paper published in the conference proceedings.
